The Bend on Morgan West

This renovation of 3 historic 100+ year old homes will house new retail businesses in the Morgan West District and feature unique outdoor spaces and seating. All 3 houses will be connected with an exterior porch and the “back yard” behind the homes will provide plenty of space for outdoor events and seating.
Young Hearts Distilling Co.
2021
It started with a beer bar The Busy Bee Cafe and rooftop bar The Hive, now called Young Hearts Distillery. The signature restaurant has grown into a downtown Raleigh staple as well as a premier event space and is downtown’s first ever distillery.
Brookside Plaza
2021
Located in the Oakwood / Mordecai neighborhood, Brookside Plaza is full of local concepts such as The Optimist Coffee Shop, Falafel & Co., The Nut Barbershop, and Curious Goods. We were thrilled to partner with Loden Properties on this project.
801 W Morgan
2021
Originally constructed in 1930 and occupied by Grady’s Grocery, 801 West Morgan sits in the up and coming Morgan West District next to Trophy Brewing Co. and the newly developed Bloc 83 which features Class A retail and office space.

Irregardless Cafe
2020
One of Raleigh’s longest standing restaurants and the first to serve Sunday brunch and vegetarian fare, Irregardless is a great place to have a meal and check out some music. With live music every single night, and fantastic weekend brunch, you really can’t miss here. We were excited to partner with Lee Robinson, former manager of Player’s Retreat, owns and operates the business.
Trophy Pizza
2020
We’ve been lucky to partner with the Trophy Brewing team on four projects. What began with The Busy Bee Cafe and a rooftop bar The Hive led to a second location, Trophy Pizza has expanded and grew their space on Morgan Street. State of Beer
2020/2014

Trophy Production Facility
